i think i getting weaker

don't know why today totally feel weak and headache until i skip the whole day =.=
i think nowdays my body getting weaker and weaker...easily fall sick = =
OMG!!!i don't want my immune system drop down = =
ok la i go sleep now don't want tmr cant wake up again = =
and once again get sick =_=
