well...as the previous blog post that i posted. is all about my latest addiction.The soundtrack and song cover sing by the Cast of the new musical drama series called "GLEE". The voice from the Cast of that serious is way AWESOME than i though it would be and yeah some of my friends ask me to list out the song that i think was good and now i going to list it out with the video together.How bout a trailer bout the drama series?
well this year i was having a super quiet birthday celebration, well not really quiet but celebrate with lesser people XD. Last year at least i celebrate with CS gang,housemate and my other close friends. but this year i only celebrate it with my course-mate and some friends. Well this year same like last year didnt recieve much present for myself. but what make my day is a beautiful booklet made by some of my friends and especially my dedicated housemate who try his best to make a beautiful booklet full with wishes fro m my other friends which really touched my heart and not less a wonderful birthday dinner with my course-mate at Mango Cafe for a buffet steamboat... well at least i enjoy my time over there ^^. well this year i getting lesser birthday wishes compare to last year and another most heartbroken thing is my best buddy DIDN'T even wish me happy birthday = = OMGsun...that really make my heart hurt.it was a long time i didn't heard from him after since he get a girl friend. Well i think after he have a girl friend he just forget this best buddy which he admitted to everyone include me that i was his best buddy,aiks i mean ex-best buddy. Well besides that i was cheer up by a friends of my from Brunei. i was so shock that suddenly i receive her sms to wish me happy birthday. that was really sweet of her to wish me that. but yet this best buddy didn't even wishes me even my birthday have passed 1 days. we just stop talking bout this friend which really broke my heart. on the day after my birthday i wqas going to Ipoh with my closest friends at my university. who else other than hippo and irena XD. well we taking bus to ipoh today and we reach Jusco around 6.25pm and on the spot we rush to cinema to see what movie we can watch. and yes we go to watch "Tooth Fairy"
and guess what? the movie was release on the day of my birthday.OMG it was so coincidence. haha before we heading to the cinema we stop by at McDonald for a Double Prosperity Beef Burger!It was so delicious >///<>
well my last previous post was talkiing bout the mission impossible for my work at Genting Highlands right? Well i would like to take back my words for it because we do actually hi the second target for the WorldCard roomfairs. just like what i have mention a few post before this, our second target was to reach 60,000 rooms and yes we finnally did it. It was such a miracle where the last 2 days our allotment was increasing super fast. On the second last day we still have around 2k++ rooms to reach our next target.and on the second last day, miraclely we done around 1200++rooms on that days and no need to further explain on the last day allotment. our last day counter was start at 10am and we hit te target at 3.36pm something (if i not wrong). Try to imagine, not long after we open the counter? there is a customer( a very friendly uncle) has asking me to help him booking for more than 30 rooms, from march till april. HOLY SHIT!!! after that he introduce another friend to me to ook for 7rooms. =_= then right after that when people heard that it was the last day for the promotion. people start to crowded the counter to book room for it and OMGsun my counter have reach 94 rooms booking just after 2hours our counter was open XD. A total victory for us to reach target. well then our event manager go check the allotment during the time when it nearly strike 12am. Our final score was around 60975 rooms. WOOT!!!never ever imagine that we will reach the new target and over it for almost 1k rooms XD. well everything was worth it. On the next day, due to our success in the roomfair sales, the event manager and assisstant manager treat us a meal at a luxuries Buffet restaurant called "Coffe Terrace",i think for those people who been to genting before sure heard bout this luxury restaurant before right? Yes they treat us Buffet Lunch. OMG try to imagine nyonya food,chinese food,indian food,western food, japanese food and many more was served at that restaurant and of course joyful time together with the rest of the staff and the AM except the troublesome people there.no need to mention and start guessing yourself for the answer. Well at the first didn't feel anything as many thing should have an end for it. But for this time my heart suddenly feel heavy as i started to miss the day we work and laugh together. Started to feel that everything going to end and people started to separate from each other. That make me thing when wil these memories will come back to me again. Wel i hope next time we can meet again together as a team and agroup of friends again...
time can change everything. thing can be turn worse after time passing by instead of getting better. when everything turn better already people mind and attitude start to change. People getting started to forget the pass and forget whose have help them before. that wasn't the point, even childhood friend can suddenly stab your back because they jealous on you. This was the most heart broken thing. Jealousy can turn people's heart to black colour. This is not a joke but a real story from me. I wasn't born to be clever but born to be lucky person. Most of my school life was just a luck for me and I'm glad that I've seen blessed to have those opportunity to success in my secondary school life. Getting good result and entering Science school was just my luck. It wasn't because i was a genius or something. Everyone that entering the Science college were genius and not just me. But why out of sudden this will create jealousy from my childhood friends? But thanks God that the jealousy have been disappear and truth was reveal to me. Well think have pass by and let just forget bout the past and continue move forward. But sometimes we have to review and think back the path we have been going thru at the past. Never ever try to forget the deed and help from other person. This case was happen to my Family, a person that last time use to be friendly with my parents have turn to another person. Totally a big different between the present and the past. At the past this person was not very stable in their economic stated and who help that person? It was my parent and right after when he climb up to the top, what dd tat person does to my parents? Nothing but Bashful talk toward my parents. A person that already forget bout his/her past. How my parent help them to climb up to his/her victory and successful future. this really Broke my heart when i knew it? a person which i idolize last time have totally turn into another person that no longer i idolize but sympathised on that person. how can people change so fast and forgotten to repay other people deed toward them. That why never ever say that all acquaintance waas good people. there are many two faced people out there, so just becareful and beware of this creature...
I think I got go celebrate my Christmas Eve every year since I reach secondary school. But this year really disappointing coz I can’t join the Christmas countdown due to my shift suddenly change from 2pm-10pm until 4pm-12am. That was really disappointing.i though we can go for countdown but end up countdown during working. firstly we though we can try to ask to close counter at 11.30pm but WHAT ON EARTH that our manager, well not all but the event master = = doesnt allow us to close counter early and we have to close it at the sharp of 12AM!!!gerrrr.... first is the christmas eve now let me tell your my new year eve tale = =
On the new year eve, thank god i get the early shift at 12pm-8pm, first thing i do is bath and then sleep when i reach room.after that jun hau and gim chuen comebackroom and wake me up for the countdown. After that we plan to go see the firework.aigoo...you cant imagine how many people were there at thatmoment = = totaly crowded with people. well let just forget the crowded people situation. the most frustrating thing is suddenly the mist was thicken up and most of the firework performance was blocked by the mist and the smoked made by the firework.WTF!! the whole celebration was ruined = =
Well, did I ever mention what I was doing at Genting and what my working field is? Well actually I’m working as a SPA aka Sale and Promotion Agent. I was promoting the World Card room fair 2009 event. I was promoting using those Genting point that accumulated throughout this year to redeem one night stay at Genting highland selected hotel and we will free them another night. Simply said is buy/redeem one night and free them another night.And since it was promoting free room that mean there is quota for the room and also target that must be reach before we end our event right? Yes we need to promote at least 40000 rooms out ==. Well the brochure stated that they going to giveaway 18000 rooms but try to imagine that 1 night stay plus 1 free night and that make the total of 2 rooms. If we twice the number of the free rooms that mean it was only made up the 36000 rooms. How can we achieve 40000 rooms right? But right after a few investigations by some of my colleague, the result is out. Actually it was 18000 free rooms but more than that ==. And yes we reach our target within 3weeks and to celebrate our success, we having a celebration party at 22nd of December. Well we held our arty at the “Be a Star” karaoke and sing out our joy throughout the whole night until 4am XD. LOL…luckily on the next day was my day off also. So no worry my friends. Ha-ha…on that night our AM aka Assistant Manager has booked 4 rooms, 1 is for the buffet food and another 3 rooms was for us to enjoy and sing karaoke the whole night. The most annoying things is 2 of the most hateful person was join in our room and that make us all feel uneasy ==. No need to further explain I think I have mention much about one of them in my previous post right? The one that born during the valentine day. Yes that the one join in our room and another boy who also a noisy git == but yet we enjoy the whole night singing some songs XD and of course enjoying the buffet food XD. Well I thought that everything has settle down and I begin to getting lazy during working. Since we already reach the target what the meaning we continue to work again? Well that what I have thought for the first day but right after that my Event Manager told us that our target have been raised to 60000 rooms before 3rd of January 2010. WTF!! Raised 20000 rooms for the next target ==. So like to raise come on la you do lo. Most of the free rooms were finish already and how we going to attract customer to book rooms from our room fair promotion? Well they say the system already adds the quota but we dun feel that they add much to it. Some more our staff from 50 people reduce to less than 20 people. How do you think that we can continue to sale our room and reach the second target? But never mind la, right now we just need less than 1000 rooms booking to reach our target.
